Celebrate Everything-Photography by ValerieI grew up in the Pacific Northwest in Oregon and Washington, and spent almost a decade in Seattle, WA. After working 6 years in the city, at a corporate investment firm, staring out a high rise window, I relocated to Baja, Mexico. In Baja, I spent much of my time living out of a '69 Ford Falcon station wagon, before landing a job with a local newspaper as a journalist and ad sales. I eventually found myself settling down in Florida, where I met my husband of 15 years, and where we are raising our 2 beautiful children. Looking back, I have always had a passion for photography and story telling. The camera allows me to express myself creatively and view those around me through color, light and emotion. I never imagined that after being a full time, stay at home mom for 10 years, that I would take that leap of faith and grow a photography business of my own.
